COHAN'S STORY

Let’s get acquainted with our next babe, HR Manager Cohan. This northern beaut spends her spare time blogging and aspires to launch her YouTube channel fairly soon.

There should be no stereotypes stopping you from achieving your goals or working your dream job. Gender pay gaps  “clearly exist and it is disappointing that in this day and age we still do not know the meaning of equality or equity. There simply is no way to define or measure that a man works harder than a woman, and vice versa”. They appear to be in place to showcase women’s inability to work at the same standard as men. However, women are just as determined, professional, powerful and, strong as men. This fight isn’t over and it is vital that we continue to shine a light on this issue.

Society’s interpretation of an ideal woman is the stereotypical ‘housewife’. “People often think that women are unable to be in a position of high power due to their sensitivities. It is assumed that females should cook, clean and bare children. And whilst people seek these qualities they also expect a perfect, unattainable and almost impossible image”.

Whilst Cohan appears extremely confident in her campaign appearance, as she pulled off a daring outfit, our babe isn’t afraid to admit she’s faced some personal challenges along the way. Having struggled with her body image since a young age, Cohan shared how she would persistently exercise and try any new fad diet in an attempt to obtain a slim petite figure. However, she now understands that it is okay to be any shape and size. She embraces her genes and her jean size, showcasing her acceptance and new found self-love.
